Switzerland's largest national indoor prize-money tournament — CHF 11,000 total prize money, paid out in every category — celebrates its jubilee — and gains a little sibling: the first Silvestercup in padel, as a P1000 at the highest Swiss level.

For half a century, the days between Christmas and New Year's Eve have belonged to tennis in Derendingen. The Silvestercup is Switzerland's largest national indoor prize-money tournament — and for many players the last big appearance of the year.
In 2026 we celebrate the 50th edition — with a strong draw, full stands and a padel premiere.
Winning the Silvestercup often means being on the way to the top. Three names who played and won here:
Five-time Grand Slam singles champion — and part of Silvestercup history.
Olympic gold in Tokyo — she also played and won in Derendingen.
One of the Swiss players on the Silvestercup roll of honour.
